We want you to be absolutely satisfied with the items
that you purchased, in the unlikely event that you have to return
faulty goods to us, we will replace or refund the cost of the returned
item in full. Returns can only be made within 14 days of date of purchase
and they must be in their original state. |

Deliveries are dispatched the following day provided
your order has been confirmed; our customer services will contact
you to confirm your expected delivery day.
You may cancel all or part of your order. Goods sent to mainland UK
address are sent via Initial City Link; Spencer can provide you with
your personalised tracking number. Deliveries are charged at £5.00
for orders under £75.00 and are free of charge for anything
over this, unless stated otherwise in a special promotion.
