Details of your order are kept in the "Shopping Basket" until you decide to "checkout".

For quick reference, all items in the "Shopping basket" and their value are indicated in the "Your Order" section, shown on the main menu bar, far right.

You can review and edit the "Shopping Basket" at any time. Just click on the "View Basket" icon on the main menu bar.

The "Shopping Basket" displays:

• A description off all products in the basket
• Quantities selected - which you can increase or decrease
• Item price of each product
• Cost of each product ordered - changes if quantities are increased to more than 1.
• Option to remove a product

The "Shopping Basket" also allows:

• Checkout of all products in the "Shopping Basket"
• "Save" your order facility - allowing you to save order details and come back to them another time - which is done by pressing the "Retrieve" button.

Purchase products by clicking the "Checkout" icon, located on the main menu bar or in the "Shopping Basket" - both links will open the "Checkout" page.

Like the "Shopping Basket", the "Checkout" page displays information on products you have chosen to purchase.

To make a purchase, fill in the purchaser Invoice details form displayed. The Invoice detail form also contains some handy features.

• Deliver to the order to an address different than the one stated on the Invoice
• The "Remember ME!" button – remembers Invoice details - saving future input.
• Special delivery instructions - i.e. not in on Fridays, leave with neighbour.

Note: all fields or check boxes displayed in RED must completed in order to proceed with the order.

Press the "NEXT" button to proceed to the "Payment Section".

The Payment section enables the selection of several credit card payment options.
The following are accepted:

• VISA
• Switch
• Mastercard

Our web site is SSL encrypted (Secure Sockets Layer, the Internet standard for secure transmission of data) and credit card details are not stated in further receipt and invoice emails received regarding your order.

Press the "NEXT" button to finalise your order. An on-screen invoice will now be displayed, stating all order details - which you can print. You will also receive an email confirming the Invoice details shortly after.
